"A young Tibetan girl, staring and wondering why I am taking her picture... " by Swee Ong/Roving Light on Flickr
Today's photo comes to us from global wanderer Swee Ong. Going by the name "Roving Light" on Flickr and on his website, Swee took up photography as a means of documenting all the incredible things he saw on his extensive travels around the world. More after the jump...
An entry in the Ctrip China Travel Photo Contest, this image taken in a village in Yunnan shows a young Tibetan girl gazing into the camera. It's just one of many beautiful photographs of landscapes, places and faces that can be enjoyed at his Roving Light Flickr photostream. If you'd like to delve deeper into his adventures (and we suggest you do!) then check out his blog Roving Light. You'll need a VPN or proxy in China to see the blog, by the way. We suggest Freedur...and as luck would have it, we have a number of free annual accounts to give away! Simply sign up for the China Travel newsletter for automatic entry into our lucky draw!)
